Vendor Setup Times:
Fri: 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM, Sat: 7:00AM – 9:00AM, Sun: 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM
Vendors must attend all 3 days.
💰 Vendor Fee Options: apply fee + commission on sales
– Application Fee must be paid first – Commission collected after the event with 3-day POS Z Report
FOOD TRUCK (We need three now)
Fee: $90/day + Commission: 10% of total sales
FOOD BOOTH – 68 booths (10×10 ft each booth)
Early Bird (First 30): $65/day +Commission: 10% of total sales
Standard (31–60): $90/day +Commission: 10% of total sales
Late (61–68): $105/day +Commission: 10% of total sales
Requirements:
– Bring own tent, tables, chairs, equipment.
– Electricity limited (request in advance)
– Must upload menu, photos, and food permit
